Photos and Description of the Jamaica vacation house rental 3 BR, 2.5 BA, sleeps 6

Ideal for one or two families with kids. Only 9 miles to Stratton Mountain. 3 BR, 2.5 baths and a cozy den. Large living room with a fireplace, cathedral ceiling, family play area, formal dining area. Sliding glass windows open to a spacious deck (with BBQ grill) overlooking a blackberry garden. Large kitchen has a view of the front lawn with a flower garden and 6 by 6 ft wooden sandbox. All standard amenities plus espresso-cappuccino machine. Mudroom with ski racks. The house is equipped with child gates on the first and second floors and on the deck. There are two cribs, pack'n'go playpen, high-chair, small table & chairs for arts/crafts projects. Lots of toys, children's books, music CDs, DVDs, videos, board games, bikes, trike, slides. Large master bedroom (1 king), bedroom #1 (1 full and 1 crib), bedroom #2 (2 twins), den/loft (2 twin cots), living room (1 large sofa bed for two). Owners enjoy and meticulously maintain the property when it is not rented.

Location: Stratton and Bromley Ski Areas < Vermont < USA

The house is surrounded by mature forest and has a century-old stonewall crossing the property. Build a snowman on the front lawn in winter or enjoy a game of badminton in summer. Build a castle in the sandbox. Admire crocuses, hyacinths, daffodils and tulips that bloom in the flower garden in May/June or pick delicious blackberries in Aug/Sept. Stratton (15 minutes) offers hiking, skiing, golf, horseback riding, kids camp, gondola rides, etc. Bromley, Magic, Okemo and Mt. Snow mountains are all within 40-minute drive. Jamaica State Park is only 5 minutes away. It offers playground, trails, swimming hole, biking, fishing. Also, twice a year, the park hosts water releases for white-water enthusiasts. Manchester (25 minutes) is home to outlet shops, fine restaurants, movie theater, art center, etc.

We LOVE this house, and look forward to renting it again in the future! The house is clean and bright, and offered more than enough living space for our family of four. It has a crib and clean linens and towels, and the washer and dryer are very handy. Our two boys loved the games, books, movies, and toys that are there for our use. Also the house is only minutes from Stratton mountain. We also found the home owners to be extremely pleasant and easy to rent from. Overall, this place is FANTASTIC!
