3 bedrooms plus loft, 2 full bathrooms plus outdoor shower, sleeps 6 (8 max)

We designed and built our home in 2000 with summer guests in mind. Our 2000 sq ft home is located in private Island Grove community. Guests love the clean, open, sunny, vacation feel of our house. Open floor plan with lots of windows. Privacy in yard, large deck, screen porch, and enclosed outdoor shower. Free association tennis courts. Tranquil, wooded lot on child safe cul-de-sac ideal for biking, walking, rollerblading. Great location 5 minutes from downtown Edgartown, South Beach, bike trails, Morning Glory Farm. Modern amenities and tasteful furnishings. We're always updating furnishings to please our guests.

1st floor: spacious, sunny living/dining areas, cathedral ceilings, well-equipped kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed and adjoining large full bath, laundry.

2nd floor: roomy, sky-lit loft with futon, play area, 2 large bedrooms - 1 with queen bed, 1 with twin beds, large full bath.

Fully equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer, ironing board/iron, Broadband internet, TV, CD player, VCR, DVD with selection of movies. Lobster pots. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Books, games, puzzles. Enjoy relaxing and dining on the deck or in the screen porch. Gas and Weber charcoal grills. Blankets, comforters, pillows, mattress pads provided. Free Association tennis courts. Welcome gift. Caretaker and cleaning services included. Immaculate and maintained with TLC. Additional cleanings available upon request. We take pride in making your stay comfortable, relaxing and pleasant.

All you bring are linens and towels.

We just returned from our second year renting this lovely home. We are experienced renters (16 consecutive years) on the Vineyard and this is our favorite rental house we've stayed at. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! We look forward to our Edgartown vacation every year. It wouldn't be summer without it!
