  Bookings within 7 weeks, full payment is required.
  Damage Security Deposit of £200 required for key release. Key collection is arrange depending on arrival details.
  Supplements for key collection may apply.
• Notification of cancellation is required 7 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 7 weeks prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay. Once you have checked in you must give us 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.
  
  All our prices Include vat @ 20% and all service charges and utility bills (Water, Gas, Electricity etc.)
