Beautifully furnished, totally new kitchen in 07, landscaped, spacious 3 bedroom Cape in excellent condition, conveniently located in private Island Grove community. Only 1 1/2 miles to both Edgartown center and South Beach. Large front and back lawn, deck, easy access to bike path, great jogging, walking area, community tennis court access across the street. 1st floor: master bedroom (with queen bed), full bath, fully stocked eat-in kitchen, living room with separate dining area, deck. 2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms (3 singles & 1 double bed), full bath. Hardwood floors downstairs, new carpet upstairs. Max 6 occupants.
