Elegant apartment for 4-5 guests, living room with fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom very spacious (possibility of extra bed) with two windows on the main street, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. The entire apartment is elegantly furnished and finished with care. Air conditioning and wi-fi. Access to large roof terrace for the exclusive use of guests of the Residence (for sunbathing and cocktails in the moonlight in front of the skyline of the monuments of Florence). Use of laundry room with washer, dryer and iron. Short walk Medici Chapels, Church of San Lorenzo, the Duomo, the Baptistery and Giotto's Tower, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. A short walk from San Lorenzo Market (delicatessen, crafts and souvenirs). Excellent Tuscan restaurants on the ground floor of the building and in the immediate vicinity.

  • The deposit is 30% of the total amount (payable by credit card or by bank transfer) The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 90 days before arrival date. If the reservation is canceled within 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the deposit will be lost. The cancellation must be notified by e-mail. The balance must be paid upon arrival. Tourist tax (3 Euros per day per person over 12 years of age, only the first 7 days of stay) is not included. Check-in is from 5 pm to 7 pm, check-out by 11 am.
