    The pool is not fenced and it is strictly the responsibility of the tenant to oversee its use and access to by children and other guests/tenants. The owner is not responsible for injury or death due to use of the pool facility and/or access to the pool.
    Property is to be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness or additional cleaning charges may apply.
    Additional fee may be charged for more than 8 persons.
