MOOVE PAD in the heart of the Banbury City is a recently built beautifully decorated two bed, two bathroom (one on suite) ground floor luxury apartment offers modern accommodation within walking distance to all amenities in Banbury.

Previously the show home for this prestige development, furnished and finished to the highest standard and provides excellent accommodation up to four to six people.

The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with en suite shower room and built in wardrobes, a second double bedroom again with modern closets and a large second family bathroom. The living room is tastefully furnished with a kitchen through dining area and a separate small utility room. There is a allocated parking space and plenty of space for a second car in the car park subject to availability of space.

The station is a two minute walk and the major Castle Quay shopping area is only 5 mins walk.

§ The living room is good-sized and is both stylishly and comfortably furnished with leather sofa and armchairs, and a table and four chairs for dining. Two extra folding chairs available.

§ The master bedroom has a double bed, excellent storage facilities including a fitted wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet.

§ The kitchen is very well equipped with all electric appliances needed for a self-catering stay, including cooker, oven, fridge freezer and combined washer dryer

§ All the furniture and fittings are of a very high standard; the stylish interior design contains many cattle motif references to the old Banbury Cattle Market which used to be located on this site.

§ The apartment has cosy wall to wall carpets in both bedrooms with wooden flooring and scattered rugs throughout the living areas, while the kitchen and bathrooms are attractively tiled.

§ Mirrors, pictures and prints on the walls and many other details give the apartment an individual and homelike feel.

The Banbury area

Banbury is a historic market town on the River Cherwell, with many famous associations such as the Banbury Cross and Banbury Cakes. It is the commercial, shopping and entertainment centre for the rural area around it, with good facilities including shops, sports centres, bowling, restaurants and pubs. The Castle Quays shopping centre near the apartment contains most top British high street shops and department stores.

Amongst the many interesting places to visit, is the impressive Grade 1 listed 18th century St. Mary’s Church, the modern Banbury Museum and Tooley’s Boatyard dating back over 200 years with the oldest working dry-dock in the country. Why not pick up an Historic Town Trail from Banbury Tourist Information Centre in Castle Quay Shopping Centre to enable you to discover more about this old market town.

With regular markets on Thursdays and Saturdays as well as Castle Quay shopping Centre alongside the host of independent shops in the Old Town, it's a great day out. Banbury has a wide range of great restaurants and cafes - great for doing business or a more leisurely stay.

Banbury’s annual events include the Banbury Hobby Horse Festival in early July, the Town Criers' Championship in September, Banbury Canal Day on the first Sunday in October and

the Michaelmas Fair held later in October, to name just a few.

Nearby are many other fascinating places to visit, including Broughton Castle and Sulgrave Manor. The Oxford Canal passes through the centre of Banbury, featuring a lock and mooring basin, guaranteeing much narrowboat activity. The Canal also provides the opportunity to take a tranquil walk along its towpaths.

Location and access

Banbury is located between London and Birmingham, just 2mins drive off the M40 motorway J11, and is also closed to Oxford 29miles, Stratford-Upon-Avon which is 27miles. The Heathrow airport is 67miles and Luton airport is only 55miles away from Banbury. The M40 motorway runs from London to Birmingham and Banbury is only 75miles from London by car.

The apartment is only 5mins walk from Banbury station. The trains services run from Oxford, London Paddington, London Marylebone via Banbury to Birmingham, Liverpool, Blackpool & all the way to Scotland. Also there are non-stop 40min service to London from Banbury.

The location provides easy access to historic Stratford-Upon-Avon (Home of William Shakespeare) and cotswolds 20miles. This short stay holiday apartment in Banbury is also close to the main Castle Quays shopping area, which is a short 5mins walk. Also within the compound is a children’s play area which is around 50meters across the communal garden and visible from the living room of the apartment.
