Situated in an excellent location in the Western Algarve in the Lagos area and located within easy walking distance of shops, bars and approximately 10 minute walk from restaurants and a five minute drive or 40 minute walk to excellent beaches and the Palmares Golf course, Villa Palm is a five bedroom villa with a very large, illuminated private swimming pool situated in 2,000 square metres of grounds that are fenced all the way around. It has the benefit of satellite T.V., a DVD player and a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine. There is a good value local taxi driver who lives next door.

The villa is approx. 6km from the historic and beautiful resort of Lagos with superb sandy beaches a marina and approx. 5km from the popular resort of Alvor where there is excellent shopping and many good restaurants. The local village has numerous shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Palmares Golf is less than five minutes away and Penina Golf is less than 10 minutes. There are excellent local beaches, including Meia Praia, with water sports and other facilities such as horse riding and water slide parks are a short drive away.

The accommodation consists of;

Five double/twin bedrooms. Three en suite bathrooms, one with a large Jacuzzi. One further bathroom. Very large lounge/dining room with French windows to the pool and gardens. Satellite T.V., CD/cassette player. Very well equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. 12m. x 6m. metre floodlit swimming pool. Extensive terracing with poolside furniture, sun loungers etc. Large enclosed, private gardens with lawns and grounds, barbecue. Maid service. Car hire recommended.

Our Brilliant Holiday at Villa Palm

We stayed at the Villa Palm for our holiday, our time here was brilliant. The owner was so friendly and came round and introduced themselves upon arrival and reccomended where was the best places to eat and do watersports in the area.

The villa was so spacious and easily accomodated our group of 14, the grounds and the house was immaculate and the pool very large so we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing! We did not need to hire a car, as we could either walk or use the local taxi firm that is on the same street.
