Near Shining Sea Bike Path. 1 mile to Falmouth Center with restaurants and shopping. 3 miles to Wood's Hole, a scenic village of Falmouth with events, restaurants and world class oceanographic research facilities. Close to ferry to Martha's Vineyard and ferry to Nantucket. Close to scenic Falmouth Harbor with fishing and pleasure cruises. Close to many amenities of Falmouth MA: Restaurants, shopping, summer theater, baseball team, outdoor concerts, golf. $2600 per week on season, $2000 Labor Day Week, $1400 to $1000 off season.
