Welcome to our wonderful villa! The Villa is located in Calabay Parc, an immaculately maintained, peaceful villa district. This district consists of only five-star villas with their own pool and down to the small details in a luxuriously finished. The district Calabay Parc in years generally accepted as one of the most desirable residential areas under Disney and Orlando vacationers. Besides the luxury is also the secure feeling that gives Calabay Parc seen as an advantage, because the lanes in the area all with cameras that the safety of you and your children monitor. Because we are still a young toddler, we have experienced how good it is when you can relax and enjoy your holiday villa because you know that he is child safe and child-friendly. Therefore there in the villa additional attention, which include the ability to table corner protectors and outlet protectors to apply. The location of Calabay Parc, along the US-27, the major roads Interstate-4 and US-192 within 5 to 10 minutes away by car. A very large supermarket (Wal-Mart), a library, a chemist, pharmacy and doctor are a 5-minute drive away and golf courses. Disney's Maingate West is a 15 minute drive and is on Interstate-4 and US-192 to reach. The driving time from Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 35 minutes. A few kilometers south of Calabay Parc Plaza RidgeVeiw find a liquor store, Chinese restaurant, Beef O Brady's Bar, a Walgreens drugstore, supermarket and various other shops. Further south, after about 10 minutes on the US-27 is a large hospital with an emergency department. A mile north of Calabay Parc is Berry Town Center with a large Publix supermarket, Applebees family restaurant and several smaller shops and restaurants. 5 minutes drive from the golf course ChampionsGate Golf Course, which has international appeal. In this complex there are also a large Publix supermakrt, a Chinese restaurant (that also does deliveries), Italian restaurants, Chili's, McDonalds, and hair and nail salons. Along U.S. Highway 192, 5 to 10 minutes, you will find relaxation and pleasant excitement, because there is a very large variety of restaurants and shops and tourist attractions can be found.

A Great Vacation House

This property was wonderful. It is just as described. The layout of the house was wonderful. We had a great time in the game room and pool. The pool was cleaned while we were there. We had a slite problem ,called the property manager, he had someone there with in 10 minutes. The found out what the problem was and came back to repair it after they got the part. The repair man even came back the next day to make sure the problem was corrected. The owner checked in also. The property is in a very quiet, well maintained neighborhood but is within 15-20 minutes of all attractions.
This is a great family house as well as a "grandpa & grandma" house
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We stayed 11 nights in april 2012, and we are very satisfied with our vacation. The villa is spacious and well equiped, the beds are good. The photos corresponds well in reallity The distance to Disney or shopping is about half an hour. The kid enjoyed the pool area alot and we will recommend the to friends.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful house for a week. Our kids and I greatly enjoyed the pool and easy access and short drive to Disney and Universal. It was close enough but far enough away to get away from the Disney traffic. I would highly recommend this property and will stay there again.

Excellent Disney Get Away

We stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful vacation. The home is close enough to the parks but being south of them left us without traffic and the hustle and bustle of I drive. Would definitely recommend the house and will be staying their again.
