Castle View - Luxury Family Home-Stunning Views-Great Location

Large open plan designer kitchen/dining/living room which is filled with natural light. Great Views of Wynn's Castle and Rossbeigh Beach and beyond. Open Fire, Leathered seating, Cream tiled flooring, Large TV- DVD- Multi-Channels. This room opens onto a private patio area complete with garden furniture and Gas Barbecue.

There is and additional sitting room with excellent views(no TV)

Timber oak flooring and leather seating.

The playroom has a TV, Playstation 3 and some games and books which you are welcome to use during your stay.

In all, there are 6 Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1- located downstairs. 5' Bed with toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom 2:- upstairs. 5'Bed with ensuite shower. Great Views of Beach and Castle.

Bedroom 3 - upstairs. 6'6 Bed Master Bedroom (very large room)

Ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and power shower. Excellent view of Castle and Rossbeigh Beach.

Bedroom 4:-upstairs 4'6 Bed- Shares Shower ensuite with bedroom 5.

Bedroom 5:- upstairs Twin Beds 1 x3ft. Single plu 1x4ft bed shares ensuite with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 6 upstairs 5ft bed ensuite with shower.

The utility room is fitted with an American washing machine, a tumbler dryer, iron and ironing board, ex. Fridge.

Oil fired central heating (with thermostats on all radiators).

Built-in integrated vacuum system.

Pressurised water system.

Broadband internet access.

Housekeeping and Babysitter provided (extra charge)

2 Cots, 2 High-chairs available.

Heating & Electricity included in rental price. Internet connection.

Linen and Towels provided Free Non Smoking House. Sorry No Pets.
