The main floor includes an open great room with gourmet kitchen, dining room and sunken living room, large deck, den & master bedroom with en suite bath. Downstairs is a 2nd master bedroom with private bath, family room with wet bar, 2 bedrooms, family bath and game room with ping pong table and a wrap-around deck. Wellfleet is one of the most beautiful towns on the outer cape. Not far from Provincetown it offer galleries for art enthusiast, restaurants for everyone from the gourmet to the gourmand, a wonderful summer theatre called Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre (W.H.A.T), sports activities of all varieties including but not limited to sailing, kayaking swimming, tennis, golf and even square dancing for adults and children on Wednesday evenings. There is a terrific library and a very active hiking/nature programs.

Ofcourse, the ocean offer wonderful beach games encluding surfing, sunbathing, or any other sport you can imagine.
