Countryside 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Sleeps up to 9

Lovely Spanish villa (refurbished 2011) in an idyllic setting, surrounded by stunning countryside, fruit and olive trees. Inside the property has excellent wi-fi access, air-conditioning and comprises 4 double sized bedrooms, 3 of which contain double beds and one twin bedroom. (two further single beds can be added upon request). All bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans, wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lamps. There are 2 well equipped bathrooms. One is an en-suite, containing a cabin shower with radio and the other includes a full size bath with shower overhead. The kitchen contains a large cooker with gas hob and electric oven, a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave along with all cutlery utensils and crockery. Everything required for your culinary needs. A home from home kitchen. The large lounge dinner has comfortable sofa seating, coffee table, TV receiving Freeview Sky and Spanish channels, DVD and CD radio. The lounge also has air conditioning and a stunning log burning stove. The dinning area comprises a table that easily seats up to 8 people and a generously filled bookcase. The perfect place to dine al-fresco is on the covered porch, which boasts a large extendible table and seating for all. The outside areas includes a large 12 x 6m private swimming pool which is fenced off securely for those with young children. Sunbath on the quality wooden sun loungers, relax by the outside bar area or enjoy a game on the pool or table-tennis tables. There is also a boule pitch and balls supplied. The villa is situated close to Seville (approx. 40 kms) with closest towns being Moron de la Frontera and Arahal, both just 10 mins drive. Tapas Bar/Resturant within walking distance. All-in-all a great place to relax and unwind.

We are an English family run business with two sons, James and Harry and we became the proud owners of our lovely villa in March of 2005. After making many alterations to the property we finally decided to try renting out the villa in 2009. Since then we have been successfully letting out the villa during the spring and summer seasons. Each year, during the autumn and winter months, when we are not renting out the villa, we put a large sum of the rental earnings back into the property to continually update and improve the property, its outbuildings, surrounding grounds and the pool area etc., this is for the benefit of both ourselves and our renting guests comfort, relaxation and privacy.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2005

We loved the fact that the area is typically Spanish giving traditional Andalusian style living.

De eigenaren van deze villa zijn heel gastvrij en vriendelijk. De villa is mooi, je kunt heerlijk op het terras buiten eten, in het zwembad zwemmen en het is gelegen in een rustige omgeving. Eieren, fruit en kruiden zijn vers bij de villa verkrijgbaar.
Naast zwemmen zijn er nog diverse activiteiten mogelijk bij de villa zoals biljart, jeu de boules en tafeltennis.
Het ligt op een goede afstand om een dag naar Sevilla, Ronda, Cordoba of Cadiz te gaan. Aanrader is om bij de lokale bar van Antonio in de Urbanization te gaan eten, vraag hem en zijn vrouw om je te verrassen met het menu, en je zult versteld staan hoe ontzettend lekker het is.
Goede aanrader dus om met je gezin naar deze villa te gaan!

A 20% holding deposit is required at time of reservation, with the outstanding balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should arrival dates be within the 8 week time period, then a full settlement is reqired to complete the reservation.
Notes A €50 cleaning charge is deducted from security deposits on day of departure in all cases.
