Beautiful home; terrific location

We returned from the Vineyard yesterday after a wonderful stay at your lovely home. The house was great - just what we needed - comfortable, roomy, airy, well-maintained, and terrific location and views! The good weather only added to our enjoyment as did the welcoming bottle of wine - thank you!
I plan to recommend your home to my future son-in-law's family as a place they might consider staying for the wedding next year. It would be a great introduction to the Vineyard for them - and walking distance to the beach would be a great attraction for the teenage boys!

Great location - great layout

We spent a wonderful week in this home. We were very comfortable (6 of us) with plenty of room and the amenities were great. We were able to get to the local South beach in just minutes, and when we wanted more privacy, we were only a short distance to the ferry to Chappy. We would highly recommend this home to others. Our only disappointment was that the spacious patio and porch were not adequately furnished. Our favorite time of day was sunset on the patio, but we lacked sitting area and comfort.... The TV in the main living area was also a disappointment - would have expected bigger screen and better sound. Internet service was not up to par - perhaps the owner could investigate a better system? Otherwise, all was great and we would certainly rent here again! Thanks to the owners for a relaxing and enjoyable week!

My family stayed here for a week and we loved it. Great location -- close to south beach and Edgartown but far enough away to be out of traffic and the crowds. Great neighborhood with similar houses surrounding. House was very comfortable, as described, very clean, well appliance kitchen and large, inviting common living area. Owner is simply fantastic -- patient, kind, very helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended to any family -- you will have no regrets.

Just a beautiful home, beautiful location

It's one thing when a rental actually lives up to the descriptions; it's a real bonus when it actually exceeds them! Just a great place to stay with a group/family. Close enough to everything, yet far enough away during peak seasons to truly relax and "get away". Owner was very easy to work with. One restaurant recommendation: The Lookout in Oaks Bluff. Had been to MV many times, and never tried it; can't wait to go back! And don't underestimate how easy it is to get a cab on MV. Very quick service, very convenient.

From the moment myself and my husband arrived we knew my 40th birthday was going to be amazing. Your house was perfect, with plenty of room for us and our eight guests. My husband, a chef, was quite impressed with how well equipped your kitchen was. Having rented on the island for over 15 years, your house took the cake.No pun intended. Whether it was relaxing on the deck, or in front of the fire, or walking to and from the beach my birthday celebration could not have been better. Looking forward to returning this year, but for a longer stay.
