Reserve the best of 2009 now! Lovely custom-built house, walk (3/4 mile) to South Beach & bike/drive (2 miles) to historic Edgartown. Tranquil setting for an unforgettable island visit; overlooking Herring Creek Farm & Katama Plains to the ocean. Our house is beautifully furnished & decorated. Meticulously maintained. 3 levels of space - 2300 sq ft of bright natural light: spacious living area with cathedral ceiling great room open to large, fully equipped kitchen (22 ft counter space) & sun filled dining area. Our house features a 2nd floor overlooking the 1st floor living space. The 1st floor great room is designed for relaxing; furnished foremost for comfort, gently cooled by a ceiling fan & softly lit in the evening by track lighting. 3 sliding glass doors open to large South-facing deck. The bedrooms are immaculate & comfortable. Our house is filled with wonderful features to make your vacation truly pleasant & carefree.

No pets, please. Our house is updated regularly. For 2009: NEW Weber Genesis gas grill, updates to dining room and bedrooms, many other enhancements to furnishings, and interior and exterior of house.

We have rented this property 3 times for 2+ week periods. We love it. We would not consider anywhere else. The location is great. Its in a Beautiful Upscale Beach neighborhood. The proximity to South Beach (The greatest Sandy Beach ever)is phenomenal. The owner of this property maintains the living quality of this place to the smallest of detail. The Vineyard is awesome. We hope to rent again in the future. Keep up the good work Howard.
