Old and rehabilitated oil mill (19th century)

Old oil mill 'Molino de la Haza Llana'( 19 th century ) restored and modern facilities, keeping its character and original construction materials. Localed in the countryside. Independent and quiet. 4 kms from Frigiliana and 7´5 from Nerja and it's beaches. 50 kms from Málaga. The building is composed by a big house (the ancient mill) for four persons. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living and dining room, kitchen, one terrace and a porch. Next to it and linked by an internal courtyard there is a smaller house (the ancient stables). It has also 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room a terrace and a porch. It has no kitchen. It is possible to rent the big house for 2/4 persons or both for 5/8 persons.

Located in the Axarquía area, on the Sun Coast, is a good starting point for visiting Málaga, Seville, Granada, Córdoba, Tánger..also 'Las Alpujarras' and other interesting areas. You can also enjoy Nerja's beaches and the whole Málaga's seaside. There are also a lot of restaurants, cultural events, or hiking excursions through the mountains of Tejeda and Almijara, paragliding, horse riding and other activities. Nerja's Caves are one of the most popular natural monument in Spain and, in july the are theater and dancing Festival inside. Sierra Nevada, where you can ski in hiver, is 125 kilómetres away. In late august, Frigiliana celebrate the ' Three cultures party: muslin, christian, and jewish'.

Notes

  • The rates are for a maximun of 4 people in the main house. In case of need, is possible to open the second house (no more than 8 people both houses together). For more than 4 people, prices will be 300 euros more on low season and 400 euros more form 1st of June to 30th of August.
  • To book the property the guest should send the 25% of the rent. The rest should be paid by cash on the arrival day.
  • The guest will give 100 euros as a deposit that will be given back the last day if there is no damage in the property or its contents and everything is as clean as the first day.
