This is a wonderful sun-filled condo that has expansive views of the Provincetown Harbor from almost every window. When you enter the apartment, there is an open plan living/ dining area with soaring ceilings. The newly renovated kitchen is fully applianced, has soapstone countertops and is equipped with glasses, dishes and other cooking utensils to make yourself at home. The bathroom is updated and has a tiled combination tub and shower. The loft bedroom has a window and an operable skylight for cross-ventilation. There is parking outside your door yet you are so close to town you'll never need your car. Because this condo is at the end closest to the water and there is no one above you, it is quiet and away from the evening street noise. If being on the water and being able to watch the sunrise and the sunset from your private deck is what you're after, look no further!

Walks on the beach, strolling art galleries, fabulous restaurants, renting bikes, riding and roller blading on the trails, dancing in the clubs, wonderful live shows, shopping in the boutiques, incredible people-watching!! There's a Film Festival in June, Family Week at the end of July, Provincetown Jazz Festival in August and great theater all summer.

There is a pull-out comfortable couch in the living room that can accommodate an overnight guest. The loft is open (doesn't have a door) so if you have a guest on the pullout, there isn't any privacy.

Pleasant condo with spectacular waterfront views. Within walking distance to the sites and sounds of downtown while still providing a quite and relaxing atmosphere. Great deck for catching the morning sunrise or enjoying the harbor lights.
