Owners created a warm atmosphere, you´ll feel at home straight away!! Downstairs lay out; A/C'ed living room with large comfort sofa and flat screen offering free to air Astra satellite channels, A/C' ed dining room with full glass doors to terrace + WIFI + LAN internet facilities, adjoining you will find a fully fitted kitchen, a shower bathroom is finishing ground floor lay out.

Upstairs; 2 bedrooms(one with king size box spring bed!), 1 bathroom + 2 balconies(undisturbed sun bathing ensured!!), Outside; in front of dining room lovely enclosed terrace area(again; full privacy!) with stylish outside furniture, shadow sails, little shed and a 2.5 x 3.5m private pool(with width length seating facility!) including pool lamp and in- + exterior stairs, an outside shower is also available. Own access from pool terrace to foot path alongside property, almost adjoining acres of nature land(see info below). Also another lovely terrace with garden like scenery(with amongst others lovely mature bougainville) in front of main entrance, somewhere one always can catch morning -, afternoon - or evening sun. Access to roof terrace is planned for not too far future.

The pictures show the property exactly as it is - clean, spacious, modern and with many wonderful outdoor spaces. The pool area is a delight and was perfect for cooling off at the end of a day at one of the nearby beaches. It was also great for eating outdoors with the BBQ. Everything was in great condition and had everything we needed (washing machine, plenty of beach towels, WIFI, coffee maker, etc.). The property feels very private and is great for a quiet and relaxing break.

Carlos picked us up from the airport and was a wonderful host in Porches. The town itself is very pretty, with good options for breakfast, some outstanding restaurants, and everything one needs from a local mini supermarket and frutaria, etc. We walked to some wonderful beaches most days, and found the town and house to be a haven to come back to each evening.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to someone who was looking for something in The Algarve that felt more local than a large modern complex; it really feels like you're part of a small community.

Schöne Ferienhaus mit mediterranem Flair

Das Haus hat uns sofort bei Betreten gefallen! Es ist ein Reihenendhaus in einer ganz normalen portugiesischen Siedlung mit zwei Balkonen und einer Terrasse und einem kleinen Pool, der ideal für eine kleine Abkühlung ist. Die Ausstattung war gut, es war wirklich sehr sauber. Bestes Highlight: superbreite Betten, in denen man gut schlafen kann. Toll war auch, dass wir nach einer Woche eine "Fee" da hatten, die unsere Betten frisch bezogen und sauber gemacht hat.
Porches liegt zentral, sodass man mit dem Mietwagen alle schönen Strände und Städe gut erreichen kann. Wir wurden vom Vermieter gut betreut und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Casa Colorida is ideally located within walking distance of the village centre of Porches(centrally located between Portimao - Albufeira and famous for its many potteries). In the immediate surroundings you will find several cafés, good restaurants, supermarket, a bank and many sporting/leisure activities. It is only a 300m walk before country side starts, hour long walks or rides can be started from here without hardly encountering tarmac or people. The nearest beach of Senhora da Rocha is a 5 minute drive, many other picturesque beaches are close by ao the fantastic (and public accessible!) bay beaches of 5-star complexes Vila Vita Parc and Vila Lara. Within a radius of easy car reach there are several beaches which have been awarded with the blue EU-flag (for clean water, eg. Portugal Top Ten Beach “Praia da Marinha”) as well as prestigious golf courses (Pinta & Gramacho Golf, Vale do Milho Golf, Silves Golf, Salgados).

Armacao de Pera, a coastal town with a beautiful boulevard and a fantastic 5 km long beach(one of the very few in the West-Algarve) at 5 car minutes, the larger shopping centres, Algarve Shopping at Guia and Aqua in Portimão at 15-20 minutes.

  • After tenant confirms definite booking interest per e-mail and upon villa availability we will send cost free pre-reservation instantly(flights can be booked), valid until booking confirmation arrives. After booking confirmation has been send villa will be reserved for you five working days(date/time on e-mail heading is legal start of this period). Within these five working days required documentation needs to have been sent to us and down-payment of 30% of total rental sum needs to have been transferred onto our account. From then booking is fixed however only after rest payment has gone into our bank account, booking reaches its definitive status which entitles tenant to the exclusive right of booked villa in booked period. In case of booking within 2 months upon arrival date, whole rental sum is due at once, the less time remains between booking date and arrival date the more 5-day-booking confirmation protection will be shortened.
  • Pricing valid for occupation until a maximum of 4 guests(children included). Maximum villa occupation; 6 people(children included). In case of occupation with 7th person; € 75,-- per extra person per week. If the property has no leaving clients on your day of arriving, we almost at all times are able to allow you to take over the villa before official entry time of 4 pm if you have an early flight. On the other hand if there are no arriving clients on your day of leaving, you´ll be most likely to stay in the villa longer then official departure time of 10 am if you have a late flight. Please inform yourselves a few days before arriving/leaving, availability depending on cleaning company schedules. Any arrival or departure time( 24/7) we can work with, your travel details do not depend on our office opening hours
