Le Chateau Des Amis is located is the Northern part of ST Lucia, The area is known for its beautiful beach and calm waters of the Caribbean Sea. The villa is on top of a hill call Belle Vue, you can imagine the view from there. To the East you see the Sun rise and to the West you see Sun set. We have a Golf Course 10 minutes away, Horse Riding, Sailing, Deep Sea Fishing, Restaurant and Bars near. The Villa consists of 5 apartments with all self catering facilities, all rooms have A/C Cable TV Sun loungers fully fitted Kitchen and Kitted. I can arrange car hire. I can also get cheap Flights if you book the Villa apartment. The Diving is very good in ST Lucia. Please contact me for further details.

AT Le Chateau Des Amis, we have 5 apartments in the Villa. There is a 6 Bedroom apartment, we also have 2 two bedroom apartment and 2 Studio apartments, situated in Belle Vue Gros-Islet, in the Rodney Bay area. The Chateau is on the top of Belle Vue Mountain, about 500 Feet above Sea level. The views are fantastic. From your balcony to the East is the Atlantic Ocean and to the West the Caribbean Sea. The Golf course is close, Riding Stable, Sailing Deep Sea fishing the Beach is about 2 miles away. The supper Market is near by.

  • Rent is per apartment per week,( 12 persons from £1800 Sterling,) (4 persons from £490 Sterling,) (2 persons from £350 sterling). We can arrange a cleaner/cook for the cost of $40.00 US Dollars per Day. Please call or email for more information. If you want to pay by PAYPAL, please do not hesitate to contact owner who will provide the email address.

    ( We Have 2 Studio apartments ) ( 2 two bedroom apartments ) and a ( 5 bedroom apartment ).
  • .Price is for the apartment for 7Nights.(Linen, towels included), £45.00 paid on departure for a professional clean. Deposit of 25% required with booking. Full payment required 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival full payment is required on confirmation. Payment can be in personal cheques in GB pounds or Euros.. Security / damage deposit of 150 payable before arrival. This will be returned to you within 10 days of departure and keys returned..Bank transfer accept or credit cards. There will be a charge by paypal or bank transfer.

If there has been damage to the apartment or its contents, keys have to be replaced or the apartment has not been left in a reasonable condition, an appropriate refund, or invoice, will be sent to you. Rental period timing. The rental period begins at 2pm and the check out will be at 10am.
  • You are not entitled to occupy the apartment outside these limits.
    We would expect the apartment to be left in a reasonable condition i.e. clean and tidy.
    Taking reasonable care of the apartment
    By agreeing to rent the apartment, you are agreeing to take good care of the property. You are also agreeing not to act in a way that would cause a nuisance or disturbance to our neighbours or the other residents of the adjoining and nearby properties.
    Accidents can happen, but please report without delay to us, any defects in the property, or breakdown or breakages in any items, equipment, machinery or appliances in the property. We, or our managers, will attempt to make arrangements for repair and/or replacement as soon as possible. Breakages

Golf: There is a 18 hole Golf Course about 10 minutes away from the Villa. The cost for a round of Golf is about $40 US Dollars. The golf Course is in CAP ESTATE.

Horse Riding: The riding stable is about 5 minutes from the Villa. You can see the Horses from the balcony. The stable has about 30 Horses. You can book for a treck to the East coarse to the Atlantic Ocean.

Sailing: You can hire a Boat at the Rodney Bay Marina for the day. You could sail to Martinque which is about 22 Miles from St Lucia, or saail to ST Vencent.

Ski: Water skiing in the Caribbean is a must. There are skiing boats for hire in Rodney Bay
