My husband and I, our two married children, and one grandchild rented this house for a week this July and had a wonderful experience! The owner was great to deal with ahead of time, answering all my emails and questions promptly, and was equally prompt in returning our security deposit. The lsting description and pictures were extremely accurate, so much so that we felt like we were right at home as soon as we entered the house. The house and yard were very clean and well maintained - all the basic things were supplied and everything was in top working order. The only fault was that it did not have an eat-in kitchen, but we enjoyed the tables on the porch and in the yard.
The location is fantastic! We were familiar with Nantucket and wanted a house that was walkng distance to town, close to bike rentals and the beach. This house was near everything, yet the location was quiet.
We would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it!
