This five star apartment is located in a historic building (250 years old) which has been completely and carefully renovated in 2010 to the highest standards.

This well-designed luxury apartment is located on the second floor. The lounge area features a huge 40 inch Samsung TV/DVD, two beautiful classic arm chairs, a comfortable sofa and a dining room with open plan kitchen. The designer kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances.

The two bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and both accommodate two very comfortable single beds (Pullman). The designer bathroom has a separate shower, bath and Philippe Starck basin. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet with sink.

Notes: Important information: Because the building is a historic monument the stairs are quite steep. Therefore it is less suitable for elderly or disabled people. Extra information: For environmental reasons the heating has been partly generated by sun boilers and the lightning in the apartment partly consists of led lights, creating a nice atmosphere. The apartment has been designed and decorated by professional architects and interior decorators.
