Charming antique, recently restored, new kitchen and baths. .7 mile from Nauset Beach on lovely acre, very private backyard, professionally landscaped. 6 BR, 2 1/2 baths, over-sized deck, screened-in porch, enclosed outdoor shower, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, fireplaces, gas grill, satellite HD TV, WIFI, laundry room. 1 queen, 1double, 6 single beds. The over-sized deck offers a commanding view of sky, birds and bunnies below. The fenced-in front yard provides a safe play area for small children. The property is set in an established residential neighborhood, two houses up from the Nauset House Inn.

This is the quintessential Cape house. The owners have been meticulous in maintaining the historical flair of this property (ca. 1795). This house has more of a cozy feel than the open floor plans of modern homes. We enjoyed the gardens, especially the honeysuckle and roses.

Six of us enjoyed many rounds of croquet in the large backyard. We especially loved hearing the peepers each night.

I urge potential renters to visit this house. The photos do not do it justice.

Awesome vacation rental close to Nauset beach

I recently rented this beautiful home on Cape Cod for a vacation with my extended family. The home is beautifully appointed and close to Nauset beach. The home has everything you could need for a nice relaxing vacation and we'd be happy to rent it again in the future.

Great Vacation House

There were 8 of us and we had tons of room. The house has so much charm and is decorated with the same charm. The rooms were all so comfortable, we felt right at home. Backyard and deck were amazing and provided a lot of relaxation and privacy, as well as enjoyment of several outdoor meals on the deck and using the grill. We would definitely stay here again. We totally enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and took several walks to it. It was also so close to many shops and restaurants, which we enjoyed. Whale watching, parasailing and winery tour were a few of the other things we enjoyed. Brought our motorcycles and toured the cape as well. Thanks for an awesome visit to the cape!!!!! :>
