Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
  A Non Refundable 30% deposit of your total reservation is due on the same day that you reserve the property. The remaining 70% balance is due 8 weeks prior to your check in date. The full 100% of the total cost will be charged at the time of booking if your arrival date is less than 61 days away. If you have a credit card on file it will be charged automatically unless other payment arrangements are made. Please review your reservation and make sure all the information including check in and checkout dates are correct. Xmas & New Year is 50% minimum deposit.
  
  PAYMENT TERMS
  Credit Cards, PayPal, Western Union, Wire Transfer/ Escrow. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit card Transactions.
  
  CANCELATION:
  There is a 30% cancellation fee for any cancellation notification received more than 61 days prior to occupancy. There are no refunds if the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date under any circumstances.
• Rates: All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Rate will be confirmed at time of booking.
  
  Environmental Friendly: We are an environmentally responsible resort with a strong commitment to recycling, linen and towel reuse, composting, energy conservation, water conservation, limited use of chemicals and monitoring systems etc. For example, in a typical one week stay, fresh linen will be provided twice for the week. Once at the beginning and again mid week. Air conditioners will be turned off whenever guests are out of the bedrooms.
  
  Quiet Enjoyment and Parties: Paradise Resorts Jamaica wishes to maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of guests. We rent to family groups and responsible adults only. Absolutely No House Parties or functions such as weddings & functions are allowed without advance written permission in writing.
• Our recommended Airport Transfers & Personal Driver Hire can be made at an additional charge.
  
  Most of our properties have wireless or internet connection.
  
  Check in is at 2:00 P.M.; Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
  
  We have a strict no smoking indoor policy. Smoking is permitted on the patio, balcony, pool deck, and in the garden areas.
  
  For security reasons, it is imperative that you do NOT invite strangers (people you did not know prior to your trip) into the property. Under no circumstances will non-guests be allowed to stay overnight at our properties without prior consent.
  
  Gratuity: Staff gratuities and community fee to support local educational and environmental needs of 15% of total is NOT included in payment.
