Oak Bluffs Vacation Rental house

Located within five minutes walking distance to the ferry, beach, stores and wonderful Victorian gingerbread houses in the MV camp grounds. Also just a short distance to the new town library. House is tucked away into a quiet spot, on a dirt road--looking out on trees, with very little traffic. A lovely garden is in front of the house and it is near a large open field for children to safely play games. The house is quite new and is charmingly furnished. It has three bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. There is one queen bed, three doubles, a single futon and a double futon. There is a full bathroom on each floor and a finished basement recreation room with cable TV.--upstairs living room also has cable, DVD player. There is a deck out front and a hammock in the back. House has a washer and dryer, outdoor shower for 'after the beach', modern kitchen equipment with all dishes, lobster pot etc. Owner leaves a barbecue grill, sand chairs, beach umbrella and some bikes.
