This luxury, detached, beautiful villa is set within delightful & spacious grounds including a superb private pool, which will appeal to the most discerning of guests. The villa comprises of a stunning lounge & dining room (extended 2011) with quality furnishings including leather sofas a 42' plasma TV, DVD & 5.1 Surround sound with UK Freeview. A further beautifully paved area with patio furniture is adjacent to the swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen contains all modern appliances. The master double bedroom is beautifuly decorated with patio doors leading to a private seating area (new 2011), fitted wardrobes & safe. Two twin bedrooms on the 1st floor where there is a secluded sun terrace with panoramic views across the countryside to the Med. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on each floor, fully tiled with all modern fittings. Beaches / Facilities: The villa is only a short drive from El Campello town. The Sea front has a varied and attractive coastline of 23km in length. The beach known as 'Mutxavista' is made up of fine sand and with all types of facilities including children's play areas, shops, restaurants and cosmopolitan bars.

El Campello boasts a wide variety of sporting activities. On the one hand, there is the Sports Marina and the Yacht Club, offering all kinds of water sport activity, including surfing schools, sailboats for hire, and scuba diving centres.

El Campello has many fine sandy beaches and hidden coves which are well worth exploring, there is a tiny fishing harbour and, brightly painted cottages which were the homes of fishermen (painted so that they could recognise their houses from the sea).

Alicante: Along the Alicante harbor you find beautiful long alleys for nice relaxing walks, enjoying the palm trees and the lovely climate. With many historical buildings around the entire city, Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals to churches and of course a wonderful harbor area.

Additional to sightseeing, direct from the harbor area, a long wide sandy beach leads its way up to San Juan. Just drop your towel on the sand and enjoy a wonderful day in the sun.

Aqualandia Water Park: Less Than a 30 Minute Drive is:

This modern water park, offering excellent facilities, including picnic areas and a variety of restaurants. There are lawns and shaded areas for when you need a break from the sun and the many slides and chutes are surrounded by foliage.

Attractions include Niagara, with its beach, caves and calm waters, and the enormous Atlantic Surf pool, which comes complete with waves and is surrounded by the soft circular current of the Amazonas. The Laguna has springboards, rings and nets and Adventureland is designed especially for young children

The 6,270 metre course of par 72 requires a different strategic approach to every hole and obliges players to use all clubs. Each of its very balanced legs of 3,125 metres and 3,145 metres respectively features three holes par 3, three par 4 and three par 5. Notes: This villa will sleep six people most comfortably. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a king size bed and a hair dryer. The pool is completely private and measures 27 x 8 feet with outdoor shower. There are a selection of board games, books, DVDs and videos. Baby Cot available at £15 per week. Pushchair available at £10 per week. There is an underground games room and recreational bar, complete with TV, juke box, extremely cold fridge - simply dazzling!!!

STUNNING VILLA *****

Just come back from a week at "Deepdale" with my partner and 4year old boy and had an absolutely fantastic week. We've stayed in villas before, but this is by far the most stunning one. It's luxury all the way.....but I suppose the great weather helped a little. Our son loved the pool and we nearly had to drag him away from it every time we were heading out. My personal favourite was the "Cellar Bar"...!! Spent more than a few hours down there putting on some old favourites on the jukebox.
El Campello itself is stunning, with great beaches and easy access to Alicante, Benidorm and beyond.
Once again, had a fantastic week, ventured out lots and will most definitely be booking again.

A fantastic villa with every luxury required.

When we arrived we were delighted with the villa and that continued for our 2-week holiday. The pool was big and great for all the family especially for a 3year old to learn to swim. The villa was very spacious for a family of 4 & 2 grandparents (initially they were only staying for a week but when they realised how well equipped & comfortable it was stayed for 2!!). The outdoor dining area was perfect for eating in the nice evenings. As requested a cot & high chair were waiting for us. It was very hot for the time of year (September) so the air-conditioning was a nice way to cool down inside. The underground bar was amazing making excellent use of space. We made full use of all the facilities such as the washing machine & Sky TV. As the facilities were so good, we made trips to the supermarket to stock up and had bbq's most nights. When we did go out El Campello had plenty of nice restaurants to eat in. It was a fantastic relaxing holiday made very enjoyable by the luxuries and amenities available. 10/10

Amazing Villa

Deepdale is an immaculate villa in the middle of a lovely quiet neighbourhood of villas and holiday homes. The pool was absolutely amazing and so big, and our kids aged 7 and 3 had great fun it it everyday! The fact that it has steps down to it was great as well as our three year old sat here and played whilst our 7 year old splashed about and ventured into deeper waters. The furnishings and decor of the villa are gorgeous and the plasma screen and english sky tv were great especially for the kids when they got too hot to play outdoors. The villa is situated about a ten minute drive from El Campello which has a lovely beach and great restaurants along the beach front which were great to visit in the evening. The villa is really close to everything, we managed to fit in visits to Aqualandia (water park) about 30 mins away, Terramittica (theme park) also about 30 mins away, the algar falls and the mountains. There is plenty to do and see and everything is so close to the villa. The villa has a washing machine and a dishwasher and two bathrooms! I would recommend the villa and holidaying in it to anyone whether it be familys or couples without kids as there is really something for everyone, the beach is near and so many attactions and sights and if you just fancy a day at home just chilling in the villa was perfect.

The only thing we didnt find was the secret bar, although i do remember seeing pictures of it on the net there was nothing in the villa to tell you it was there or where it was! In saying that it didnt matter at all, we had a wonderful time and will definately be going out there again sometime soon!

Deepdale is Fantastic

I can only describe Deepdale as an experience not to missed! A simply stunning villa with everything you could ask for, beautiful pool, state of the art TV with all Sky channels, secret bar with TV and jukebox, the list goes on and on. El Campello is a lovely Spanish town set on a quiet seafront with a great range of bars and restaurants and it's an easy drive to Benidorm, San Juan and Torrevieja. Highly recommended to all.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
