Cozy turn-of-the-century year-round home. Antiques, knick-knacks and wicker furniture add to charm. 500 ft from the beach. 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths. Water views from wrap-around porch and upstairs sun room. Fully equipped kitchen. Large yard with sundeck, outside shower, and a gas grill on the back sun deck. Easy walk to beaches, park, buses, concerts, town & Oak Bluffs Ferry. Lots of wicker furniture on the front porch. Air-conditioned first floor bedroom with king-size bed OR 2 single beds. Glass sun porch off second floor front twin bedroom. Second floor back bedroom has double bed. All linens provided. 1/2 bath on second floor; full bath on first floor. Glass enclosed dining room.

This cottage home is located at 11 Canonicus Ave in Oak Bluffs near Waban park and is 500 from the pubic town beach known as 'The Inkwell'. Read on the porch, soak up the sun at the beach or on your private back sun deck. Ride your bike as the bike trail goes by our street. Take the bus around the island -- the bus stops where ever is convenient for the visitor. Walk into town along the water, enjoy the 2 large parks just around the corner, eat at the many fine restaurants on the island, golf at Farm Neck course just 5 minutes drive, visit the many fine art galleries on Martha's Vineyard or Relax and Rest on the front porch..
