This modern apartment, located in the marina of Estepona and just a very short walk to all facilities, has two air conditioned bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin room - and sleeps four people in comfort.

The beautifully presented lounge has British Television (free to air channels) and a comfortable quality leather sofa. The furnishings throughout the apartment are all top level with some delightful finishing touches. There is a CD stereo system for you to use with MP3 player dock and a DVD player.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has two tall seats/bar stools for breakfasts.

The apartment has a glass curtain system that opens the whole of the terrace area where there is some seating. The balcony has views to the sea through the palm trees and also over the swimming pool.
