This wonderful villa is in a quiet residential area known as 'Les Fonts'.It has lovely views towards Benitachell village and the Javea coast and is set in a very private secluded hedged garden. The villa is on one level with steps from the glazed naya down to the large swimming pool with amble sun terracing for perfect summer living and a pergola for shade for those hotter days. The villa is air-conditioned in all bedrooms;and gas central heating for winter lets. It has two double bedrooms one with ensuite a twin room & a large shower room. The living room is spacious and has a wide screen TV,with English Channels,PlayStation 2/ DVD player,and a CD player. There is also a travel cot if needed. For the golfers among us, Javea golf course is a five minutes drive. Javea and Moraria, with their lovely beaches, bars and restaurants are a 10 minutes drive. A car is necessary to appreciate all the attractions and beauty of this part of the Costa Blanca. More photos are available on request

Further Information: Our villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but with-in easy access to road/motorway exits and nearby towns , supermarkets and amenities. It is decorated to a high standard & has lovely views in all directions and glimpses of the sea towards Javea. Outside there is a rolling gate through which there is amble parking on the drive. The large 10x5 pool enjoys all day sunshine and there is plenty of space for those all important sun-beds. There are inflatables for use in the pool and a pump in case they go floppy! We have board games, and a few toys, which include lego. There is also an additional TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped,and has a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board etc. There is a gas BBQ in the garden for your use also. The villa is cleaned to a high standard between lets. All bedrooms have air-conditioning for your comfort. The naya is fully glazed with sliding patio doors, so as to enjoy the out-side in and watch the amazing sunsets.

Area Information: Benitachell is a village that lies half way between the resorts of Javea and Moraira. Javea golf course is a 5 mins drive, the nearest large supermarket 'Masymas' is a 5 mins drive. It is also a 10 mins drive to Javea 'Old town’ picturesque port and harbour and a 10 mins drive from villa to the lovely Arenal beach; where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Moraira is a 10 mins drive,with its shops, bars, restuarants beach and marina,and just further round the bay you will find the lovely 'El Portet' beach.

We are also only 20/30 mins drive away from the more busy resort's of Denia and Calpe, and also with-in easy reach of the Jalon valley.

The scenery and coast line of this part of the Costa blanca are truly stunning, from the rolling hills, valleys, views of mount Montgo, to the beautiful sandy coves.

Nearest Airport : Alicante / Valencia at 95 Kilometres

Les Fonts,Benitachell is situated about a 10 minute drive from Javea and a 10 minute drive from Moraira.

Both Javea and Moraira are untouched by mass tourism.

Golf: Javea Golf course , 'Club de Golf Javea' is a 9 hole course , and is a 5 min drive from villa.

Moraira Golf course,'Club de golf Ifach' is a 9 hole course, and is a 10 min drive away.

Another course just outside Javea/Denia is the 'Club de golf La sella', a 18 hole course , which also has the Marriot hotel health club and spa ; this is a 20/25 min drive away.

Oliva golf course has the famous 'Seve Ballesteros club' Club de golf Oliva, this is a 18 hole course, and is a 30/35 min drive.

Altea Golf course 'Club de Golf Don Cayo' another 9 hole course is a 30 min drive also.

There are also other courses around Alicante and Valencia for those who dont mind travelling further.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation before 10 weeks of arrival the 25% deposit will be retained, with-in10 to 4 weeks of arrival 50% of the total cost will be payable, anything less than 4 weeks, the total amount 100% will remain payable, unless there are exceptional circumstances. An additional refundable deposit of £ 200 is payable to cover possible losses/breakages. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure. All linen, bath & hand towels are included. (There may be an additional charge for linen/towels/cleaning etc, for more than a party of 6). There is a weekly linen/towel change, but this only applies to two week bookings.
  • Cost of 10 night and 11 night rentals are negotiable.Weekly linen/towel change (only applicable to 14 night bookings.) Long term lets and winter lets will be considered ,rates and requirements can be discussed with owner.

Peaceful, relaxing, a perfect holiday

Just returned from a lovely week at this beautiful villa. Directions spot on, great communication with Julie throughout the booking process, very accurate description on this website.

All on one level was perfect for our group and the outside space was amazing, lovely to spend the days and nights both in and by the large private pool watching the world go by.

Amazing to watch the sunrise from the naya and the moon above the villa each night.

Excellent peaceful location with very friendly people nearby who always stopped to say hello. Handy for the shops and the main roads into Javea and Moraira.

For a beautiful drive, head north to Gata de Gorgos, turn off towards Pego, then follow signs to Sagra and Benidorm and you'll drive over the stunning Col de Rates pass - you can then drive into Benidorm from this road or turn off towards Altea and back to Les Fonts. Superb scenery, like nothing we've seen before.

Having stayed in many villas in the past, this was without doubt one of the most comfortable and the pool was the best we've had.

Thank you so much for a lovely holiday - we'll be back a.s.a.p. all being well!

Nice villa in quiet location, secluded garden with great pool, which is not over looked. Moraira approximately 20 minutes drive where you can find fantastic restaurants and local street markets every night. Javea approximately 10 minutes drive. Javea has a clean and safe beach, with plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. Supermarket 10 mintues from the villa - car essential. Good customer service from Julie & Stuart, directions to villa easy to follow, while the villa had everything you need for a relaxing break in the sun. Love this area of Spain.

We had a really lovely time in the villa, it had everything we needed and more! Lovely location, very well maintained, with a private pool area, not at all overlooked. The kids loved it. Fantastic Villa

This truly is a wonderful villa,and exactly as described.Furnished & presented,much better than any other villa we have stayed in before.Was spotlessly clean and well equipped.It is set in a very quite area ,but within a short drive to the resorts of Javea and Moraira.The views from the Naya were delightful and is a great place to relax in the evening with your bottle of wine.Both resorts have lovely beaches,great bars,restuarants and shops.The small pretty bay of 'El Portet' which is just along from the beach at Moraira is lovely and great for young children.The nearest supermarket is only a short drive away.The pool at the villa is larger than average and crystal clear,there are even some inflatables left for the kids to enjoy.There are some childrens toys,lego,K'nex,board games('twister' which was great fun!),dvd's etc,along with a PS2 with games,which was great when the kids had worn themselves in the pool.We really cannot praise this villa enough,it is the best holiday ever! Thanks Stuart&Julie for a truly fantastic holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Outstanding Villa

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 wk holiday in this villa. All the reviews on this site were spot on. We had the best holiday ever!!! The villa is well kept and cared for and it truly felt like home away from home. I have never had my washing up to date coming back from a holiday, but Julie’s washing machine took care of that, and it was a treat to have a dishwasher too, so I could spend more hours in the Naya enjoying the amazing views.

We had some lovely BBq’s around the pool, amazing sunrises and sunsets in the Naya. If you looking for grand comfort, R&R this is the place to go. Its very close to everything, beaches etc and the supermarket is close by for all shopping. Our 3 kids (10,12,14) made good use of all the facilities when they had to take time out of the pool and sun, they were beside themselves with everything. We even got to watch Eastenders (sad I know)..and X Factor, so the kids were very pleased.

Cant thank you enough Julie and Stuart, for the use of your lovely home – this couple were so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with and they know how to make a family holiday very special :o)

Well done!

PS: Pls check out Playa del Moraig for romantic sundowners, and Rusty’s Restaurant for a lovely family meal (Fri Nites) on the way to Moraira beach. The water park is a short drive away and a real treat for the kids too.
