Two Bedrooms Luxury Suite - Accommodates Up To 6

The Two Bedroom Suite is a luxury apartment in the heart of Ancient Rome, in close proximity to the Colosseum.

It is layed out in the following manner: large living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds which can be united and 2 bathrooms with shower. The suite is full of light and silent and can accomodate up to 6 guests. The furnishings are modern and luxurios. The apartment is equipped with every amenity one might wish for: air conditioning, WIFI, American coffee machine, cable TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Our on site staff is available for any assistance you might need.

The Colosseum Gardens Luxury Suites are located in an elegant 19th century building located on Via Pascoli, a quiet street just a few blocks away from the Colosseum, the Domus Area and the beautiful Colle Oppio Park. The building has been recently completely refurbished and is composed of 15 apartments, 7 of which are stunning luxury suites. The management office is located in the courtyard of the building. Our staff is always available for any type of assistance.

The Colosseum Gardens Luxury Suites are ideally located for those who wish to visit Rome by foot, in a charming, characteristic, quiet street, walking distance to all of Rome’s main monuments, museums and churches. The Suites are less than five minutes away from some of Rome’s most reknown bars and resteraunts. The neighbourhood they are located in has small boutiques, wine shops and charming piazzas with cafe’s, ideal for people watching and relaxing.

Great Apartment!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a wonderful wonderful experience staying at the Colosseum apartment.

Prior to even arriving in Rome, Mia was in constant contact with us regarding our trip, booked a van from the airport, and even arranged to have a baby crib in the apartment for our infant. Mia was at the apartment to greet us on Christmas Eve and show us the amenities and explain what shops and attractions were in the area. The apartment was very clean, spacious, modern, and in a very quiet building. The pictures don't do this apartment justice.

To give an idea of how dedicated the owners are, we noticed a missing a cable for the television. Mia came to the apartment on CHRISTMAS DAY and left us a cable on the door. It was very unexpected but an impressive show of customer service. Very Santa like of her =)

The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We were traveling with my wife, 8 year old daughter, 15mo old son and never felt unsafe in this location. The description of the location is spot on with less than a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum through a beautiful park. You're within a 15 Euro cab ride to all the main attractions or 3 miles walking.

I highly recommend this well managed apartment!!!
