Villa Ersi is a traditional Cephalonian villa with a modern, village-chic twist. With sweeping panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, nearby islands, and pine covered mountains, you can lounge the day away and watch the sunset from your private infinity pool.

This recently completed (summer 2012) luxury villa offers three large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (including an advanced septic system - yes, you can flush the lavatory paper!). Balconies, climate control, wi-fi/ethernet, and ample amounts of closet space are also included in each room. A fourth WC just off of the living space, large living room, and dine-in kitchen create the perfect space for entertaining and lounging in 158 square meters of living space. Modern decor, and a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops afford all the amenities of a home away from home.

Outside, the villa's architecture follows the lines and dimensions of a traditional neoclassical Cephalonian home. The villa has its own private gated entrance with ample parking on a large driveway. A private 43 square meter infinity pool, sun beds, umbrellas, BBQ and outdoor dining can be enjoyed in an additional 80 square meters of outdoor entertaining space.

Villa Ersi is located in between the villages of Sarlata and Kourkoumelata, in the Livathos municipality of Kefalonia. This luxury villa is located 8 kilometres (10 minutes driving) from Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia. It's 3 kilometres (5 minute driving) from the Kefalonia International Airport (EFL), 30 kilometres (35 minutes driving) from the Port of Sami, and 35 kilometres (50 minutes driving) from the port of Poros. Sarlata and the surrounding villages of Kourkoumelata, Metaxata, Lakithra, offer taverns serving Greek and Kefalonian dishes. Villa Ersi is located within minutes of some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the southern part of the island. Makris and Platis Gialos in Lassi; Avithos Beach, Minies Beach, Ammes Beach and Ai Helis Beach are just a few minutes drive away.
