Rented this well-maintained, lovely condo and found it wonderfully equipped; photos don't really do it justice (imagine!). The bedrooms have balconies; nice for taking morning coffee or afternoon "tea". Beds are comfortable. Equipped with everything you need. If you're a chef, though, I'd recommend bringing your own knives. We saved a lot of money on eating in many meals. There's a great supermarket with everything you'd need (Super Stop & Shop). We had a car so we could tool over to the market anytime. It's a little walk if you don't have a car. All in all, a very relaxing week in a wonderful "home". Owner was very, very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.
Owner's Response: Thanks for the input regarding the knives available at our second home - we will replace the current set this year.

Also, to get your groceries for the week - we don't have a car when we use our second home - the taxis in town will drop you off and come back with a quick phone call from your cell phone.

This property was a great fit for our vacation. The unit has a lot of privacy with each bedroom on its own floor. The unit was clean and ready upon our arrival. Great location and easy to walk into town. The roof top views were exceptional. Would recommend this location and would also stay again.

I stayed here with some friends for a week in August. This condo is pretty nice. It has a great roof deck. It is in a good location about halfway between town and the beaches and the area is easy to get around by bike. We had a great time staying here.

Comfort and Convenience

My friends and I recently rented this spacious condominium and I can safely say that we immediately fell in love with the place. All of the features listed for this property were accurate and the property was clean and well-maintained. I found the property owner very accommodating when it became necessary to move rental weeks around due to a personal scheduling conflict on my part. The location of this facility was ideal in that we were close enough to the center of town (about 15 minutes on foot) while far enough away to enjoy our solitude when necessary. We plan on renting this place again next year.
