Waterfront one bedroom with oversized living room. The living area has a queen-sized murphy bed, fully-equipped galley kitchen with separate eating area, two sitting areas -- one with a futon and the other with a large comfortable 8 ft couch. Large deck with spectacular view of the harbor. Centrally located yet quiet and set back off the street. One parking space included. (NO PARKING FOR SUV'S DURING SUMMER MONTHS)
