Notes: Central location on Commercial Street right in the heart of all the activity! One bedroom, one bath, loft-style condo directly on the water. Private rooftop deck with ocean & street views. Private sandy beach. Private outdoor balcony off kitchen overlooking Commercial Street. Recently renovated kitchen fully equipped with microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer; counter-top range. Brand new bathroom with new fixtures, tile and walk-in shower stall. No parking available (although public lots are very close by); electric fireplace; air-conditioning unit in bedroom; fans available in all rooms; full-sized bed in bedroom, pull out sofa in living room and futon in sitting area.

Where is the condo located?: The address is 179 Commercial Street, Unit #5. The condo is in the west side on Commercial next door to Bubbala's Restaurant and located above Scott Dinsmore Antiques.

Where can I park my car?: There is no parking for the unit but there are a number of public parking lots very close by to the condo. You can stop in front and unload your luggage, but cannot leave your car parked on Commercial Street for any period of time. If you decide to rent, I will provide a map of where public parking is available.

Is the rooftop deck private?: The rooftop deck is for the exclusive use of the renters and their guests. No other units have access to the roof.

I was here New Year's 2003. Ptown was COLD but the condo was COZY! Cannot beat the location, it was absolutely perfect!! Looking forward to renting again in the SUMMER!!
