Ideal for families up to 6. Very little street traffic yet close to Chatham (1 1/2 miles), Cape Cod Bike Trail (1/4 mile), White Pond (1/4 mile), Hardings Beach (2 miles). Ready for all seasons. Special rates available for off season (Sept.-May). Labor Day weekend special: reserve the last week of August and get Labor Day Weekend at no extra cost.
