Custom family home with large upper & lower decks offers privacy, adjoins conservation/ bird sanctuary, salt pond creek. 'Upside-down' layout maximizes LR/DR views. Home has been beautifully repainted and beautifull with bonus twin/trundle BR. Autumn is also prime weather! Even in inclement weather, the home is warm, secure and a fabulous spot to enjoy the changing elements through the Andersen sliders and windows! Full cable pkg DVR

Kid friendly and unforgettable for all. 3 kayaks (normal retail each =$200/week) and Boogie Boards avail. and plenty of beach toys, chairs. Just steps to our own semi-private sandy beach, clamming, fishing, tide pooling, and low tide long walks!

The water and our beach will entertain you and the Outer Beach/National Seashore surf is heard on all but West winds.... You can hear the fish jumping at night in the nearby saltwater pond adjacent the home...the Milky Way and stars at night are breathtaking. Kids love netting minnows and crabbing in the warm salt creek on property and all the beach toys are available in the 'basement.'

Bring your bikes or rent them in town, next to the ball fields. Shed avail. to lock them up in front yard.

The home is well loved, durable and the kitchen is well equipped. The small 4th utility/ bedroom with water views and outside shower adjacent is great for xtra guest, or kids--with trundle bunkie under new 'best bed in the house' single twin 'MemoryFoam ' Pottery Barn bed.

Public and ( private) golf courses incl. 9 hole Chatham Bars, Cranberry, and ( Cape Cod National/ .Eastward Ho, private) are nearby. Whale watching is avail. from Provincetown as are oodles of art galleries and restaurants.....in Chatham and elsewhere! Our end of North Chatham is truly like Nantucket--without the Ferry ride. Varied kayaks, surfboard rentals/lessons, kite surfing and windsurfing rentals/ lessons are nearby from Wellfleet to Orleans and Harwich.

We are water people. Once here, you are of the sea and by the sea--the presence of the beach surrounds you. Water sports and family fun top it off-- a gathering place loved by all who come to this property. Amazing views all day long and stars bright at night. We have been improving this property since moving in in 1994. I used to spend summers at the Jersey or L.I. Shore or at Adirondack lakes.... This tops them all!

    Off Season and Winter Special : $550per nite/ $1950/week --sorry no holidays, non-negotiable.
    off season dates: Include Nov.1 - Dec 17 (Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years week-- are $600 per night--for 4 nites or less.)
    Note: Off season : Jan 3 till April 30--$550 per nite. -- 3 night min- cleaning fee included.
  • $100 ' routine' home base cleaning fee per rental period - -excludes laundry and unusual cleanup matters over 3 hrs)

    $150 cleaning fee with approved pets.
    Last minute/ Off Season party of 4 or less, 3 day weekend non-holiday special: $1450 + incls. basic cleaning.

    A full set of linens is on premises and your beds will be made up. At lease end, linens, towels must be left clean,dry, folded--for rapid turnover. ( one final clean load, running in washer/dryer may remain). Plan B: A linen rental service is available for all linens and baby/misc.

Wonderful Thanksgiving holiday

We had a Thanksgiving family reunion here and could not have been happier. The location is just spectacular with views from every room of an ever-changing tidal basin, and a nearly full moon that gave us great views even at night! The location is a residential area that would be serene even in the height of the summer season. At Thanksgiving, friendly neighbors greeted us on our walks. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here so you know the kitchen has all the cooking utensils that anyone could want. And the town of Chatham is charming and lively even at the end of November. All in all, a wonderful place for a relaxing and charmed week.

charming beach front, great location

What a perfect family vacation . . .thanks to Greg and Ellen! The pictures do not do this beautiful ocean front home justice! The house had everything you could possibly need, open floor plan, quiet neighborhood, comfortable furnishings, well appointed kitchen, internet, beach "toys," beautiful lawn and flowers. It was chilly and windy when we stayed there, but we still had a great time, played games (lots to chose from!), watched the clamers, ate incredible seafood, walked the beach, shopped . . . there was never a dull moment! It was our first time renting in this manner and Greg made the process easy and convenient.
We will definitely rent this home again when we return to the Cape!

Fall in Chatham

We stayed at this home in Chatham for a month this fall, 2011. Not only was it beautiful, the location can not be described in words or in pictures! The house and location were an absolute delight! The house was exceptionally well appointed with great amenities, furniture and toys! The kitchen had everything you would hope for and the beds in every room were very comfortable [something we are very particular about]! The description says "Best views in Chatham" and they are right on in saying that. Our favorites of the stay were probably the outdoor shower and the the sea kayaks. We spent every day possible in the harbor exploring, fishing and enjoying the seals surrounding us! What a treat for a family from Colorado! The kayaks by themselves made the house, but the rest was a bonus! We will go back to this house again, it could not have been more perfect for us!

Just Rented this house and I loved every minute being there , close to shopping and the beach at your back door . my nephews and the rest of my Family went Kayaking everyday . nice and quiet Neighbor and close to other local beaches too . I hope to be back next year .
Less than a mile from Chatham main street and great restaurants. One of the best parts was sitting on the deck and having the best ocean view in Chatham
