  • $2,500/ week in Spring and Fall - $3,000/ week in Summer
  • 2009 Rates

    $2,500 per week May & June and September & October
    $3,000 per week for July & August - Special Weeks for $3,500
  • Payment - 50% is payable upon reservation and balance is due upon arrival. Six person occupancy maximum. Personal checks only. Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is 10 am. Refundable security deposit is $300 for weekly rentals. Well behaved pets and children considered - added security deposit of $300 may be required.
