Spacious house of 120 m2 located on the 4th floor of a quiet building of 6 flats. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large lounge, kitchen, dining room and laundry. Accommodates 6 people. Fully furnished and equipped with everything needed to enjoy a pleasant stay. Equipped with all appliances (washer, dryer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge) and utensils and kitchen equipment (blender, coffee maker, kettle, ...). It also has satellite TV, access to free wired internet, hair dryer and full lingerie. The building and housing are in perfect condition and is located in a central area of ??the city of Las Palmas, just steps from the Santa Catalina Park and 5 minutes from the Las Canteras beach.

Accommodation situated in the city of Las Palmas de Grac Canaria, in the commercial 'Santa Catalina-Port', very central and well located, which has a large supply of all kinds of services: restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, shops , ... Very near several shopping and commercial area 'Mesa y López' where you can find the best shops in the city. Just steps from the iconic 'Parque de Santa Catalina', very nice place to have a drink in one of its many terraces. It is also very close to the beautiful Playa de Las Canteras, where you can enjoy long walks and swimming in any season.
