You can find us in the heart of the newly appointed Royal Borough of Greenwich. There are 2 houses located in the same development (only 1 house apart) so perfect for groups and large families. They are in a fabulous, convenient and secure location...adjacent to Westcombe Park rail station with frequent trains into London (13 minutes to London Bridge) and then a few minutes further takes you to Waterloo (London Eye and Tate Modern) and Charing Cross (for Trafalgar Square, Westminster, Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Buckingham Palace). the houses can be rented either individually or together for larger groups sleeping a maximum of 18 together.
It's a 2 minute train ride or a 10 minute walk to historic Royal Greenwich Park - host to the Olympic Equestrian events and the modern Pentathlon. The Park houses Greenwich Royal Observatory, Meridian Line, Queens House and the Maritime Museum. A 20 minute walk brings you into the heart of Old Greenwich Village with it's fantastic art market and numerous historic sites. In particular the stunning Painted Hall and Chapel. Last, but no means least, Greenwich is home to the world famous Cutty Sark - the last tea clipper... This was relaunched in April 2012 after it was severely damaged by fire. From Greenwich, you can take the River Boat into town or the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) into the City.
The house is also conveniently located for the O2 Arena - the worlds largest Arena. It is a short bus ride or 25 minute walk to the Arena.
We are located very close to a huge Sainsbury's supermarket so it's very easy to stock up on all your provisions during your stay. There are 2 multi screen cinemas located minutes from the property. Numerous restaurants can be found in historic Greenwich and in the O2. Westfield shopping centre (Europe's largest and newest Urban Shopping Mall) is a 20 minute bus ride or a few stops on the underground. Westfield is host to a large number of shops - both your regular names plus many designer shops. There are also fantastic restaurants and leisure facilities to be found there, bowling, cinema, Casino and an ice rink in the winter.
