These homes located in Katama area facing Edgartown's spectacular South Beach. The third home in the desirable Wasque Point section of 'Chappy'.

***FERRY TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 23 TO SEPTEMBER 1.- We buy tickets for travel so that our renters will not have to worry about this part of their trip. Travel is never easy but having tickets at good travel times make s the travel easier.
We are very caring owners and try to accomodate our renters to the best of our ability. This vacation MUST be a great time...that is our promise to our renters.
There is a lovely public golf course on Chappy. It's only 9 holes and the charge is a donation ($10 pp). You can go around as many times as you wish for the one donation. Even thought this is a public course it is never crowded and fun plus challenging to play. We often play alone and enjoy the beauty of Chappy with it's 'fun' golf course. We bring 3 clubs and 3 balls... we usually find balls besides.. All golf courses should be this much fun!
Golf:
to play golf on Chappy is a totally un-golf experience. You tee off over a farmers garden, across sabdy roads on to very small bur nicely kept greens. It's a different typ of low-key golfing. When you arrive there is no one meeting you. Just a box asking for a small donation. They offer clubs at no cost in case you don't have your own. You walk the 9 holes and if you want ,you walk it a second or third time. You may see 1 or 2 others on the course but generally it's your own course.
For the serious golfers there are several great courses on Martha's Vineyard. To play at the best course-Farm Neck Golf Course- we suggest calling in advance for tee times.
Other Activities:
Property abuts nature area (Wasque Reserve). Boat rentals, sand tours,fishing,swimming,bird-watching,walking trails.
