Excellent location close to antiquing, shopping and golf, and less than 1 1/2 miles to bay beaches, with deeded rights to a private freshwater swimming pond. Nice backyard, deck, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outside shower, and baby crib. Great for grandparents, parents and kids or 2 families!
