Ground Floor
The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wet room are situated off a wide entrance hall, with the Master Bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and glass doors leading to the rear patio. The wet room has a granite work surface above a separate washing machine and drier.
First Floor
A spacious open-plan living area with elevated views over the Solent; comprising a dedicated lounge with sofas, built-in corner seating and a limestone fireplace with bi-fold doors which lead out to a large deck with teak steamer chairs. In addition, a contemporary Nolte kitchen with granite work surfaces and seating round a large island with an integrated wine fridge, sits alongside a dining area with a table that seats 10 people. Also on the first floor is a dedicated TV room with bi-fold doors and a Juliet balcony, a separate study leading to another balcony with deck chairs via bi-fold doors and a further bathroom.
Top Floor
Suspended above the living area is a glass mezzanine chill-out lounge with a Juliet balcony with views to the River Hamble, with L-shaped sofa bed and large floor cushions.
