Swim or wind surf in view of lighthouse and all sailing activity. Multiple decks with outdoor grill and picnic table. Interior cedar cathedral ceilings and accent walls, hardwood and tile floors, gas heat/hot water and cooking appliances, sauna, all modern conveniences. Wireless Internet & Satellite TV. Three bedrooms plus den for occasional fourth, two baths and outside shower. Walk, bike or drive to nearby beach or 1/2 mile to Edgartown center.
