Nearby private 3 acre ocean beach and optional harbor dock/slip, both within walking distance. Swim or wind surf in view of lighthouse and all boating activity. Multiple elevated decks with outdoor grill and picnic table. Interior cedar cathedral ceilings and accent walls, hardwood and tile floors, gas heat/hot water and cooking appliances, sauna, all modern conveniences. Wireless Internet & Satellite TV. Three bedrooms plus den for occasional fourth bedroom, two baths and outside shower.

Walk, bike or drive1/3 mile to Edgartown Center or to private beach . A real ocean swimming beach, not a channel, salt pond or bay shore. Sandy bottom, no undertow and calm conditions in prevailing southwest winds.
