This charming ranch-style home is nestled between Barley Neck and Pochet Neck in a lovely residential section of East Orleans. The streets are lightly traveled and great for walking or biking. A short walk gets you to Pochet Inlet. A 3-minute ride gets you to Nauset Beach for surf, or a 10-minute ride brings you cross-town to Cape Cod Bay for sunsets and walks on clean sand flats at low tide. There are many restaurants nearby. Or you can shop at in-town supermarkets and cook at home on the gas grill on the spacious deck. Dining on the screened porch is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and watch the wildlife. Wireless internet and a 56' High Definition TV are available for your enjoyment. There are window air- conditioners available for four bedrooms.

Watch a Cape Cod League baseball game at night! Attend one of the many craft fairs or concerts in the town center.
