Brand new apartment for 2 to 6 people, in a unique position.

The apartment was completed in 2012 and is furnished with great attention to detail. This is a second floor with a wonderful private terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, kitchen and TV. Bathroom with shower, very comfortable, a double bedroom and one twin or double room. Air conditioning, a parking space, bed linen, towels, washing machine and kitchenware are included in the price. To reach the sea just across the street and you find yourself on the beach. The main art cities and the most famous tourist destinations are only minutes away by car.

The apartment is located on the sea front, with a golden beach of 15km, both free and equipped. A few meters away also arise supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The perfect place for a beach holiday.
