A stone's throw from the historic center, the district of Monteverde - whose original nucleus dates back to the early 900 - still retains the authentic charm of Rome able to mix the imprint of his middle-class origins with the lively rhythms of contemporary , including good food, funky boutiques, local markets and large green spaces. La Perla and Cecio is located in a bustling shopping district, just behind the 'area of ??the cottages' of the early twentieth century.

Wir haben uns in dieser stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit unseren 3 Kindern sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt in 2. Reihe und ist sehr ruhig. Die Umgebung ist sauber und sicher. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man läuft 450 Meter zur Straßenbahnlinie 8 und benötigt etwas mehr als 20 Minuten ins Zentrum.
