From the back yard walk down a path to a tidal, sandy beach on Pleasant Bay, or you can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at Nauset Beach or Skaket Beach on the bay. High tech house with unlimited (USA) phone use, digital flat screen cable TV & wireless High Speed Internet access. Tastefully decorated, filled with original artwork, clean property with a 18' x 18' cathedral beamed ceiling kitchen, sliding doors to a mahogany deck and brick patio. Spacious living and dining room with a private, grassy yard, landscaped with flowers & frequent bird visits. Located one mile north of the Wequassett Inn and the Cape's premier public golf course; Captains Golf Course, which features two championship eighteen hole courses. Boating, fishing, shopping, bike trail riding and restaurants are all near by.

This vacation home is located mid-way between Orleans and Chatham in South Orleans, off of Route 28. It is located on a private residential lane next to Pleasant Bay (Nauset Beach (Atlantic Ocean) is to the East). The property has it's own deeded sandy, tidal, bay beach and a fresh water pond across the street, Cranberry bogs are nearby. Just north of the famous Wequassett Inn. Perfect for biking the Cape's bike trail, golfing, hiking, kayaking or seal watching in Chatham. Located one mile from Cape Cod's premier public golf course, The Captains Golf Course featuring two championship 18 hole courses - Port and Starboard. Take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket for a day trip. Charter fishing boats are nearby in Rock Harbor. Go whale watching in Provincetown. Orleans is also home to a Cape Cod Baseball AAA League the Firebirds! Visit craft fairs, concerts and special events in Orleans and surrounding towns. It's a perfect central location for your Cape Cod vacation.

Our
family always heard about Cape Cod USA and we wanted to visit along
with friends from Boston. Boy did we pick the right house!
Clean,flowers everywhere,
beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. We rented linens and
towels for our stay in the States. Nauset and Pleasant Bay beaches were
a joy to visit every day. We would highly recommend staying at this
property!
