Newly renovated, meticulously maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bath home loaded with vacation amenities. Some features include hardwood floors, screened porch, blue stone patio, deck, large private landscaped yard, large outdoor shower with dressing room, and a spacious floor plan with two levels of living space. Three TVs, stereo with CD player, VCR, DVD, board games and puzzles for inside entertainment. The house also features new central air conditioning and laundry facilities (Washer/Dryer). Separate '2 bedroom apartment' with new kitchen on lower level -- great for extended family (house rented as one unit). Large living room and dining room (table seats 10) for entertaining. Only a mile from Nauset beach, a block to ice cream, and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful house! Description given was right on the money. Clean house and spectacular yard--Hydrangeas in bloom were phenomenal. The owners were wonderful to deal with--very kind and accomodating. This house was recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Great location to the beach (1-1/2 miles) for teenage kids to ride bikes/walk while adults pack up and meet them there. The 1/4 mile walk to Sundae School (every night) was definitely one of the highlights of my week!
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
