From the apartment you beautiful views towards the village of La Heredia, the Los Arqueros golf course, the Mediterranean and Noord-Afrika/Gibraltar. The penthouse is located on the third and fourth floor and is accessed through the closed door of the complex on the ground floor, after which either via the lift or the stairs to the door of the penthouse on the third floor can reach. On the floor of both floors are marble tiles, under these floors are heated floors. The various living / sleeping areas have also have (individually adjustable per room) air conditioning.
