The penthouse is located on the third and fourth floor and is accessed via the locked door of the complex on the ground floor, after which the door of the penthouse on the third floor can achieve. At the foot of the Sierra Blanca Mountains, from the coastal town of Sen. Pedro about five miles inland, is located on the main road to Ronda, the beautiful and special urbanization La Heredia; the appearance and character of this urbanization have described as' pure Andalusia. Characteristic of the village are the award-winning architecture and beautiful views. Every house in La Heredia is in itself, in the sense that no two houses are alike.

The village is a so-called "gated comm unity," offers "round the clock" on security and has two beautiful location, communal pools, one of which is heated. In the (lower) entrance of the village there are some shops (a bakery / coffee shop annex, a butcher with a - limited - eetfaciliteit)) and catering establishments.
