Less than 10-minute walk to Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay, 5 minutes to Cape Rail Trail bicycle system. Furnished deck with gas grill overlooks Conservation land and large back yard. Living room with wood fireplace, air-conditioner, color cable TV, DVD player. Dining room/sun room with air-conditioner, spinet piano, propane iron stove, overlooks front yard, deck and back yard. Master bedroom has view of side & back yard; twin room has view of front & side yards. Outdoor, 'after-swim' shower, new stackable washer/dryer, new electric stove; dishwasher, microwave, equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, wireless Internet access. Kids game room lower level with color cable TV/DVD/wireless Internet. NOTE: Tenant supplies linens & towels; owner supplies spreads, blankets & pillows. No smoking. 1 leashed dog permitted.     Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Check-out: no later than 10:00 a.m. (exceptions available off-season)
    $200 refundable security/ damage deposit.
  • 50% minimum deposit + security required upon return of signed Lease. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: If Owner re-books same time frame or a portion of the same time frame, pro-rated funds paid will be refunded.

Great location and cozy home. All 3 children enjoyed the yard, deck and short walk to beach! Beach toys, chairs and wagon were terrific! How nice it was to be able to bring our dog too! We will defintely return!
