Still Available ....Fall 2009 and Renting for 2010 This great home away from home, a place to visit, entertain, vacation, and rest, is nestled in the hills overlooking Menemsha Pond. Life here is completely secluded, elegant, with 180 (degree) water view of Menemsha and Squibnocket Ponds, and the Atlantic Ocean. Large covered porch and sundeck in front of house. Rest in a hammock in the trees, walk 15 minutes along a wooded path to Lobsterville Beach, or drive 3 minute drive to Ocean beach at Aquinnah (Gay Head). Master bedroom with private deck and bedroom, 2 quest bedrooms, a work/study area with fax machine, and an exercise room. If you like to Kayak rent kayaks and leave them at Menemsha Pond giving you access to four ponds for great paddling.

A beautiful sunrise over the pond each morning is directly out the master bedroom window. Outdoor dining, cooking, hot tub and shower. Lots of decks and privacy. This is a designer's house with great light, much peace and playfulness.
